At The Scent & Style, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.

🔄 How to Request a Return

Please contact us at scent.stylle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. Include:

Order number

Clear photos of the item

Description of the issue

💸 Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We do not refund shipping fees (unless due to our error).

If you haven't received your refund, check your bank before contacting us.
